Institutions, Companies, SMEs, individuals etc can become OmniBranches Agents upon registration and submission of the required documents.

Agents include: Individuals and unregistered businesses

Sub super agent: Individuals /business with agents under them (5 to 10 outlets) e.g MSMEs, mom-and-pop shops, salons, supermarkets, chemist shops, grocery stores.

Super agents, : Big businesses like petrol stations, pharmacy chains, Restaurants (eateries), Institutions with structures like MFBs and businesses that have (manage) existing agent outlets.

Existing businesses that have a reasonable amount of human traffic in their outlets . In addition, you must have a physical location that is easily accessible to people as well as an acceptable means of identification.

For corporate entities and institutions, business registration/incorporation documents are required.

Agents provide the following services:

We ensure your money is safe as the funds in your Omnibranches wallet is a reflection of your money in the settlement bank and not on your phone (as long as your log-in details as an Agent are not compromised in anyway).

We also have a second level of authentication before funds can be moved out of your wallet.

In cases of missing/stolen phones, all you need to do is get another phone, download the omnibranches app and your agent account details gets synchronized with your new phone.
